- NHNate HaskinsNov 14, 20255.0I had a great experience with Layman brothers in regards to my wet crawlspace. Worked with Andrew Layman provided timely repair and I felt the price was reasonable. I’d recommend them for encapsulating crawlspaces and having done this job personally in previous residences it’s nasty work and happy to pay someone else to do it. Lots of bad reviews on here I’d take those with a grain of salt. People can be unreasonable and it’s tough to find good employees these days.
- MMMacOct 13, 20252.0Park at the beginning of cul de sac while you check in. You may have to blindside back to dock. Tight area Spent almost 5hrs here. Arrive at 745 left around 1230 or so

I had two days worth of work for them to do and both days they showed up at about 1:30PM. Not a huge deal, but an ETA text, email or call would be a nice addition.

- CHChad HankeAug 3, 20251.0We had a TERRIBLE experience and definitely would not recommend them! Here is a little more detail.....we dealt with Mike Layman and his brother and from our experience they are very SHADY! We experienced it!!! Trying to charge us $750 for 1 hour and 16 minutes of work. Saying they resealed our gutters when in reality all they did was take a leaf blower up onto our roof and blow them out. The gutters only had asphalt particles in them to begin with. Our Main concern was sealing all the seams back up to fix leaks. I was supposed to be notified 2 days before the work was to be performed so that I could be home. I was never notified. They just showed up late one afternoon while I was at work. Mike Layman cursed me out on the phone when I requested someone come back out and show me what areas got sealed before we paid the invoice. He said not to contact him anymore and that he would just put a lien on our property. No surprise that it's raining today and all the seams are still leaking. They even dented our gutter with their ladder when accessing our roof!! If this isn't CRIMINAL I don't know what is!!! I came across his mug shot after doing a little research!!!
