  Joe & his crew did great work, their down to earth, straight forward & didn't mind that I wanted to see the progress. If you're considering new windows, siding or Gutters. I definitely recommend Window King. Their family owned, small business. The owner served in the Army. ***** update ****** We've had the windows for a month now and I couldn’t be happier. No more drafts, creekind windows, broke gutters. YAY

  Several years ago we had 14 windows in our townhome replaced by the great folks at Window King. When we had a window get foggy, they were courteous and prompt in replacing it under the lifetime warranty. We just had our patio door replaced today and we are totally pleased with it. We had a fairly complex situation and the guys were professional, polite and did a great job in an amazingly short timeframe. I'm sitting in my living room feeling no more drafts and no outside noise. I highly recommend Window King!

  I NEVER write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my recent experience with Window King. I had 21 windows in my home replaced by Window King over 10+ years ago. Over the past few years, a couple of window seals had failed here and there but my husband & I just kind of waited to contact Window King because we felt like it would be an overall hassle to file a claim under a "warranty". To us, "warranty" means there is some type of loophole that benefits the company in to making more money over the years or "up-selling" (i.e. we would have to pay for labor/installation or there are better windows available now, etc.). That is not the case with Window King. LIFETIME WARRANTY MEANS LIFETIME WARRANTY. I contacted them a few weeks ago - they were able to locate my original purchase, I took pictures of each window that had an issue and THEY submitted everything to the warranty department. I didn't have to fill out any forms, etc. Today, the owner and his wife came by my house to install 9 brand new windows. I was floored! The owner and his wife were installing the windows because they are a family-owned/run business and they take pride in their company/work! What?!?! A company that doesn't "sub" out their work to other contractors?!?! I was blown away!! Over the years, we have made a ton of repairs to a 1960's house, but working with Window King is the BEST investment we could have ever made!! Thank you, Lee, Cathy & Tiffany!!!
