Shea did tell me to call back if no one returned my call. It must be good to have so much business that you can't get a return phone call or an estimate. Follow up to your response-Thank you for your response. My real name is Dennis and I left you my contact information on 3 separate occasions. This should be more than sufficient for me to get a response/estimate. Obviously, there is an internal breakdown in communication. If it were my business, I would focus on this basic process. Why is my salesperson not getting this information? I have moved on gave the job to another sub-contractor.

Company was very understanding and helpful in getting the job done before Christmas. The insulation only took few hours for the entire house. Great job to this company.
