  Outstanding experience from start to finish! Hassle Free truly lived up to their name. They did an amazing job with the mitigation and containment of our water damage, installed beautiful new flooring, and fully encapsulated our crawl space—all with an incredible level of care and professionalism. From day one, their communication was exceptional. They walked us through every single step of the process, explained what was happening and why, and kept us informed the entire time. There were no surprises, just clear, honest updates and thoughtful recommendations. The team was thorough, detail-oriented, and impressively flexible when things needed to be adjusted. They were always easy to work with, responsive to questions, and genuinely focused on doing the job right. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such a customer-first attitude.   This company, crew and owner, Austin are exceptional! His commitment, organizational skills, workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism are unmatched. We have a vacation property in Virginia, about 4 hours from our home. We were visiting and I noticed mold in the cabinets. I called my insurance company, and they led me to Austin. He is a LIFESAVER! He immediately assessed the situation and contacted me to discuss. Our place had to be gutted. He made the entire horrifying process of rebuilding and dealing with the insurance company truly “hassle free”. Not only do we have a “new” beautiful home but we also have a new friend. Truly appreciative and thankful for Hassle Free Contracting, LLC.

  Review for Austin of Hassle Free Contracting, LLC, Portsmouth, Virginia My husband and I are writing to express our deep appreciation for Austin and his team’s exemplary work ethic and dedication. The competence and thoroughness Austin showed during our project were truly exceptional. The quality of his work, attention to detail, ease of communication and commitment are all testament to his compassion to help those in need and his passion for exceeding the expectations of his clients. Our first contractor left the job incomplete after receiving payment. This rendered our kitchen completely non-functional including exposed electrical wiring, no cabinets or countertop, no appliances, flooring installed without proper support, and mold/moisture remediation incomplete. We were desperate for a trustworthy and skilled contractor. Austin was recommended to us because of his reputation and expertise within the community. He came to our home the same day we called him. That very same day, we met with Austin’s cabinet contractor, Patrick, to designed our new kitchen. Within one week, Austin and his team were building our dream kitchen.   Whoever is working the phone for you guys needs an attitude check LOL. Guy must’ve woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Nice job guys. Edit for owner’s response: Unfortunately, when your job is to respond to customers, you aren’t entitled to take out your bad days on them. It can be said that it’s equally sad to not own up to it and act like only one side is wrong for their actions. It would’ve been great to see your work, but I saw no reason to be bothered after getting a rude answer to my initial phone call.
