  Belton came to seal my driveway in June. He put down sand but didn't seal over it. I have black sand everywhere and grass growing through the cracks. I called and left a message, he never responded back. Money wasted fooling with him.

  Terrible company. There blacks top doesn't last at all. Not a good black top company. They don't stand behind their work.

  Pete came highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, his crew did not hold up to high standards as I thought they would be. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the crew as well as Pete. First of all, the driveway looks pretty good. I will give them credit for that but...they used my water/hose (which is fine); however, they knocked down landscape lighting and did not put back in position and they broke a landscaping ornament. They left the hose hanging over my azalea bushes and did not bother to readjust the hose to the ground. The crew left a mess on my new sidewalk and did not bother to clean it up. Pete came and swept it. My neighbor's yard butts against my driveway. They tore up his yard to a degree and did not bother to grade it, rake it or seed it. Three significant oil spills in front of my neighbor's house they did not put stay-dry or any other type of product to soak up the oil. Pete said "that happens all the time and cannot help the equipment leaking oil." Unapologetic nor did he sympathized that the neighbor was not happy about it. Left curb appeal undesirable....Pete said he would be by tonight to put something down on the oil spills but has yet to show up and it is 8:20pm. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PETE WELLS PAVING for these reasons and although the driveway looks good, his crew's unprofessionalism, sloppiness, and lack luster attitude from Pete, I am taking down his sign so he will not get publicity, nor will I refer him to others. I'm sad and very disappointed. I had high hopes in a highly recommended company that let me down.

  Pete and his crew were great! My new business had an old existing parking lot that was in desperate need of a fresh layer of asphalt. Their expertise in paving gave us the nicest parking lot in Sandston, VA!
