  Forced to give one star because of rating system - If you have an afternoon to kill and dont want anyone to show up... this is the place. After making sure I was home early, for a 2pm appointment, I got a call around 4pm stating, "we were on a big job today, you gonna be around tomorrow about 9am?" No, I wont be... and I will find someone else to do the job. He didnt care and hung up the phone. I was swayed by the reviews here... if you are swayed, believe the bad ones... there are too many companies doing this type of work and its not rocket science

  Mr. Jenkins did a fabulous job on our stair carpet, upholstery, and area rugs. Great care was given to stained spots and protecting the original pine & oak floors in our Historic Property. We highly recommend this reliable business. Mr. Jenkins is thorough and has trusted years of experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning. The Historic Magnolia House remains clean and welcoming thanks, in part, to Mr. Jenkins and his expertise.

  Received the usual professional service getting my carpets cleaned today. Keith and Ricky did a great job and my house smells so good. The pattern back and forth on my carpet is amazing....looks like a machine did it not a human.

  From my experience I highly recommend Pro Clean! They arrived on time and the price was good. They were also very professional, courteous and left my house as I would leave it...neat and clean! As a result of the excellent service that Pro Clean provided I WILL be using them again for all of my carpet and air duct cleaning needs.Thank you Billy and Rick for your professional service!
