  Received the usual professional service getting my carpets cleaned today. Keith and Ricky did a great job and my house smells so good. The pattern back and forth on my carpet is amazing....looks like a machine did it not a human.

  I sent a question through email, from the website under "contact us", and no one has bothered to contact me with a response... had a large job for them. They Lost!

  From my experience I highly recommend Pro Clean! They arrived on time and the price was good. They were also very professional, courteous and left my house as I would leave it...neat and clean! As a result of the excellent service that Pro Clean provided I WILL be using them again for all of my carpet and air duct cleaning needs.Thank you Billy and Rick for your professional service!

  HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE. Rating system forces us to give ProClean One Star. They don't even deserve that. Rick Bish was our ProClean Rep overseeing an insurance claim in our bathroom. He was unprofessional, unprepared, unreliable. Based on our experiences with Rick Bish, I would bar the door if ProClean arrives to "help."
