    David Jernigan, owner of All Trades of Tidewater, is by far, the best general contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was able to help me out of a very troubling situation caused by an unlicensed contractor. I would have been in over my head trying to muddle through the city of Norfolk and all that they were pushing on me. He helped us, a military family New to the area, out of a most stressful time and eased us into utter happiness. Thus, finishing our remodel of an attic. As well as other large and small items around the home. I enjoy the comfort of having him on my side and always a phone call away to help us. He is a true professional and a personable business owner.
