While we weren’t able get emergency service that day, we were able to quickly schedule during regular business hours. They made it even easier since they can use text to communicate. Riley was our tech, and he was amazing. He was so patient. Riley found our issue, but even better, helped us understand our system and how to set things properly to best utilize the system. My husband initially planned to keep trouble shooting on his own, but he was really pleased that we ended up calling Air Specialty and the service we received. Not to mention they have a really reasonable diagnostic fee! They’ll definitely be our go-to for HVAC needs.
