We've had a great experience with Paul at Starnes Mechanical. His team installed a mini-split system for one of our customers. They were on schedule, reasonably priced and easy to work with.

We paid close to $15K for a new unit. They installed the unit and promised warm air within a few days. ONE YEAR LATER, they came out to check the system because it is still not functioning correctly, and 3 days later, the meter CAUGHT FIRE, after they worked on it. They took 3 days to respond. By then, we had to get someone else to help us replace it. Our entire unit is covered in ice, and the house has not gotten above 44 degrees. They have not offered any solutions besides to give them MORE MONEY for a second unit. I wish I had never hired them in the first place. What a nightmare. Not a single person from their company has been able to offer any solution for the heat THEY INSTALLED. Save yourself time and money! If I could give negative stars, I would.
