  No attention was given to selection of quality hardwood strips when our new floor was installed. Even though extra hardwood was ordered and carried away after the job was completed, as I have now lived with this floor for 10 months, I see all the inferior pieces that were installed. There was an issue with tile that was removed and debris left behind in AC floor vents, but to his credit Troy did rectify the problem by having the vents professionally cleaned. The crew and Mr Troy were polite and easy to work with. With so many great reviews, I expected a “5 star” job.

  They were able to fit my work in first thing in the morning just a couple days after I called, and the work was done quickly and beautifully.

  In this day and time of hurry up, no customer service.. it is a pleasure to stumble on a wonderful,friendly,clean,conscientious,well trained,best customer service contractor I have come across in quite some time. I manage a family owned (40 years in business) car repair facility, so I know something about old fashioned, caring business practices!!! Smith’s has it, hands down. From the young lady answering the phone, to Mr Smith, to every young man entering my home.!! My father and I have spent years completely remodeling my small Hampton home. After creating a open concept home, from the front door looking thru the home to a beautiful Pella slider, these floors had to pop!!! Mr Smiths team beautifully laced new and old wood, and did a great job of closely matching the stains. If this job was not done well, man it would negate everything we were trying to build. My father showed me how to alway strive to do a job to to perfection. With this Philosophy, it is hare to trust a contractor to live up to that. Mr Smith and company shows me daily that they too believe in that old fashioned way of business. And the price was right in line with what I had Anticipated! Fairly priced!!!!! Hire this company, so we in Hampton can keep this wonderful business around for a very long time. It would be a tragedy to loose them.!!!!! If you hire Mr Smith, take time to leave a review. Help the kind man that just made you home beautiful!!!

  Smith Brothers restored our 1920 oak floors to a beautiful satin shine. We loved that they put down stain samples on our floor for us to determine the best color for us. Our floors needed minor repairs and they are seamless from old to new wood. The owner, office staff, and laborers were always professional, respectful, dependable, and polite. They were always prompt and stayed until their daily tasks were completed. Our floors are gorgeous and friends are asking for their name!!! I would use them again and again if flooring services were needed.
