  From the estimate, to th installation, they arrived as scheduled and answered all of our questions. When speaking with the office, again, very helpful and friendly. I throughly enjoyed our conversations. We would absolutely recommend them, and we will use them if any of our other properties require service.

  Came home Wednesday to find that my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. I called Precision Heating and Air, who came highly recommended by one of my friends, and they had someone out first thing Thursday morning who did a thorough check, had the part I needed and had it installed - all in an less than an hour. Price was reasonable and I now also highly recommend them!

  From my first call to request service to having our unit repaired, the process took less than 4 hours! The service was exceptional. Our technician, Cecil, was a miracle worker. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. With a disabled son, not having AC is extremely detrimental to his health. Cecil understood the urgency and worked quickly to get us back up and running. I cannot adequately put into words how thankful we are for this company. They truly came through for our family when we needed it most. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs!

  Knowing who to trust to service your air conditioning unit(s) and heating system is tight. Cecil and Christina Carpenter, Owners of Precision Heating and Air, are the right people and company to call. We have had their service for 6 years. In fact, they have also serviced our rental house in Hampton for 6 years. We have had issues with both of the homes, and Cecil and/or crew showed the same day and/or the next to take care of the issue and us. Their office staff are very courteous and will assist with booking a date to consider your schedule and time for your inspection or services needed…they will accommodate you. We highly recommend Precision Heating and Air—the Best!

  Having no AC in the summer is not a great situation to be in but this experience could not have gone better. From the high level of expertise and customer service, to squeezing me into the schedule way sooner than expected - this was a 5 star experience. Everyone that came to my home was kind, helpful and very skilled. Whoever does the hiring here knows what they are doing. I’m so happy my warranty covered a new unit, that was the best part of the whole situation.
