  Custom Home Improvement exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Greg Smith was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer our questions. Neil, Efrain and Mark helped us with our roof, door, gutters, and vinyl wrapping under the eaves, and every part of the project was handled with care and precision. What really stood out was their communication. Kimberly kept us informed every step of the way and even provided pictures and videos of the work being done, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. The craftsmanship was excellent, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. They were also incredibly reliable. The timelines they gave us were accurate, and everything was completed on schedule without any surprises.   I had an excellent experience with Custom Home Improvements & Repairs. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly fast. Kimberly and Rick made themselves available during the entire process, answering questions and making sure everything moved along without any issues. Their communication and willingness to help really made the experience stress-free. Not only was my roof beautifully replaced—it honestly felt like a bit of a face lift for my home. The difference in appearance is amazing. The crew worked efficiently and completed the entire project in less than five hours, which was incredibly impressive. Another thing I really appreciated was the cleanup. The service workers did a pretty good job making sure everything was picked up and tidy once the job was finished. After being approved for financing, the rest of the process was quick and easy. Everything moved forward smoothly, and before I knew it the project was done. I would highly recommend Custom Home Improvements & Repairs to anyone who needs home improvements done in the Richmond area. Great people, great work, and a great experience overall!

  This is now the third time I have asked this company to stop calling me and they still are doing it. I was not going to bother writing a review after their snakeoil salesman came to my house and tried selling me on all new siding when I only asked for a simple repair, but here we are. Beware their salesman will try to oversell you and when you ask to be removed from their call list they won't and they keep calling trying to sell you. The fact that they have a call list at all and are so aggressive is a red flag already, right? Leave me alone. I used the company that quoted me for what I asked for and didn't bother me along the way.

  Awesome group of people. Rick the site manager and was on-site each day answering any questions and keeping the project moving forward and making sure all work was completed correctly and answering any questions. Kimberly, our project manager took time to speak to me daily to make sure everything was getting done on time and we were happy with the installation. Demetrius our sales representative was great to work with. Everything he presented was complete and correct down to the smallest detail. There were many more people involved with the project and they were all great. They were on time to start and put in more than 12 hours the 1st day. Workmanship is outstanding. While they were not the cheapest they were well worth the extra dollars to get an outstanding job that will last for the next 50 years.
