  Do not use! Absolute worst decision of our families life. Not only did they wildly over sell and drastically miss expectations, but we truly felt blamed for all of their negligence. Extremely expensive/over priced for cheap vendors/poor quality. Their whole office is cold and difficult to communicate with, sometimes taking weeks for a simple response. Every picture attached is "completed" work walked by over 10 Sundesign employees. I didn't include pictures of all the issues with cracking, popped nails, the HVAC, the electrical, the flooring, water intrusion, the gutters, the roof, the front door, and more. I was hoping to avoid the review, but after another cold disappointing response from their team, we feel this is the only way to provide transparency for others hoping for their dream renovation. . . . Post Sun Design response. Sun Design painted our windows shut on 04/15/2025. They remained painted shut until 08/12/2025. Nearly 4 months for their team to come back and open the windows! We emailed countless times, met with countless employees, none were able to address our concerns. For any other company (and the law) this is a massive fire code. They also left asbestos behind, flooded our basement and gave the house back to us filthy.

  SunDesign came up with a creative design for our screened-in porch that beautifully fits into our existing landscape. Project was executed on budget and their craftsmanship is superb. Their responsiveness to a warranty issue we had with the door was immediately addressed. We highly recommend SunDesign — their teams are awesome to work with.

  Sun Design did our house renovation several years ago. They reconfigured our1970s split level into a a more functional space for our family. We loved working with Sun Design from beginning to end. We have used their Forever Home program and loved the convenience of having Sun Design continue caring for our house.

  Years after having Sun Design build a screened in porch for us we still love it. It is in beautiful shape. Bring on spring!
