  We had a great experience with Marc and his team. Marc was able to schedule a visit to our house quickly, and followed up with an estimate quickly as well. He communicated every step of the way (when he would order material, when it’d arrive, scheduling, etc.) and his team showed up on time and were done with our basement and stairs in 3 hours. The carpet is very soft and looks great!

  Outstanding experience working with Mr Marc Adem and his team at Mastercraft Floors. Marc came highly recommended by a local contractor I spoke with when we embarked on plans to build out another location for our family business. Marc met with me early in the planning process and committed to us until completion of the project over 8 months later. He was always available to answer questions and he provided helpful insight and assistance with material selection and the flooring installation process. His team of flooring experts, led by his crew chief Edwin, were professional and did a great job with the install. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the final result. I would welcome Marc and his team to handle all my flooring needs for any future projects.

  My experience from start to finish was superb. We recently bought a home and the floors were not in good shape, we assumed we would need to redo everything on the wood floors. Once Marc came over to inspect he suggested a deep cleaning with industrial workmanship and to reseal the floors and to fix all the shoddy work that was done on the shoe molding. His team came in and were so professional and even did touch up paint on the baseboards before installing new molding. We could not be happier with the completed work and he saved us a fortune by going this rout and saving the existing floors. It looks fabulous. We would use them again and highly recommend the company for future uses. Thank you so much!

  We had a great experience working with Mastercraft floors on some repairs to our basement LVP flooring. Marc worked with me to come up with the most cost effective solution and was so kind & professional throughout the process. The team onsite was very respectful & hardworking and completed our job in less than a day!

  We had a very pleasant experience with Mastercraft Floors when we recently replaced the carpet in our basement. Marc, the owner, is very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on suitable types of carpet and padding. His crew was courteous, professional, and completed the job in one day.
