  My experience with Reddick And Sons, Inc. was fantastic. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The service was awesome, communication was clear, and everything was handled with professionalism and respect for my home. My technician, Mitch, was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. I needed an outdoor water replaced. He took the time to explain, in detail, everything that needed to be done and walked me through each step so I was clear about what he would need to do to make the repairs needed. He really cared about the work he was doing and the quality work he was providing. I highly recommend Reddick And Sons, Inc. – fast response, great expertise, and excellent customer service.   Today was my first experience with Reddick and Sons and I didn’t know what to expect. Sean was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations! Very professional and provided great explanations regarding my system requirements. Very impressed with this young man and the customer service he provided me today on my three HVAC systems!   Steven K. from Reddick & Sons has been out to our home twice—once for routine maintenance and once to replace a thermostat that another company refused to do. It was clear right away that he genuinely enjoys problem-solving and has expertise in HVAC systems. His ability to diagnose issues and offer practical solutions not only got everything working properly but also helped us avoid unnecessary expense. Each visit, he was punctual, courteous, and left everything clean, while also providing helpful advice to extend the life of our older system. We’re grateful for his professional, knowledgeable, and personable service and will definitely be requesting Steven K. for all our future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

  Steven did an excellent job diagnosing the issues with our AC system. He also provided great recommendations on which brand to replace ours with. He was very patient and thorough in explaining what was wrong with our system and he was genuine and trustworthy in giving us recommendations. Highly recommend Reddick & Sons, especially Steven!   Nagy was a truly wonderful technician and saved the day for us today! Our water heater unexpectedly broke last night and I put in a form for help close to 10pm. I had a call by 7:30 the next day to schedule help. By 10 AM (maybe even earlier) Nagy was here and working. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond. We have several home renovations going on right now and with that and general toddler mess our house is a total zoo! Nagy navigated working around the other contractors and the chaos beautifully. He not only replaced the water heater incredibly quickly but also listened to and fixed my other areas of concern. We had a competitor out to look at our water filter recently and were not satisfied by the answers or suggestions provided. Nagy was super informative and helped us identify appropriate solutions, and explained why we might consider each. My husband and I were super impressed by his friendliness, patience, and professionalism. We will definitely be calling and requesting Nagy for all plumbing needs moving forward!
