  Called for AC service. System would not start. Turned out mouse made winter home in outside unit and chewed thru a low voltage wire. Quick repair. Ended up having maintenance completed and signed up for annual service. All questions answered. Tech very friendly and knowledgeable.

  Really good experience. The technician, Nathan, was punctual and clearly had a lot of experience dealing with condensate lines. He had all required equipment and clearly explained available courses of action and associated cost. The job was completed and problem was seemingly resolved. There was no attempts to upsell me any new equipment or services, which I have experienced with some of their competitors. I would definitely use them for my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

  We had a excellent experience with this electrical company. The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was clean and in order before leaving. What really stood out was their excellent communication—they kept us informed every step of the way and answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. It’s not always easy to find a company that combines quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service, but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend! Thank you.

  This is my first time having to call an electrician so I was unsure on how things would be. The receptionist on the phone was polite and offered me a quick appointment. From there, I was told their electrician, Altan, would arrive Monday. Sure enough, on monday morning, I received a text about the estimated arrival for the electrician. Altan arrived on time and was a true professional throughout the service! He explained what I actually needed and even offered some helpful tips on my issue and the probable estimated cost. I ended up didn't need to use Altan's service because I found another option that fixed my issue but I would certainly call Parrish again for their incredible, professional, and polite staff especially Altan! Thank you!
