I am updating this to reflect the action taken. _________________________________________________ Management charged an unreasonable fee and would not return my calls or emails requesting to discuss. Additionally, the policy about not being able to give a window of time for delivery and pick up should be addressed. Even a four hour window would be more helpful than the explaination that a driver could arrive anywhere between 5 AM and 10 PM. I think this is a reasonable expectation.
