The salesman we asked to visit and quote us was friendly and professional and had immediate answers to all our questions. The company stayed in regular touch to update us on the progress of the manufacturing of our custom-manufactured materials, and to schedule the start of the installation. The 2-man installation crew was here on time all 3 days of the installation, which went smoothly. I was particularly impressed with their finishing work, both inside and out.

The process from sale to installation was smooth with clear communication. They accommodated my schedule too. The installation crew was great and knew what they were doing. They paid attention to detail and clearly took pride in their work. Looking forward to using my new three season room.

We did have to call the service department for a few tweaks, but all in all we love our sunroom. We have just had it completed this October 2025, so I will be updating this review if anything occurs to the contrary. We are able to join this additional room in our home (bug free)and a big shout to the skilled work crew and also to Roger (the service guy) who returned to address the tweaks we had. He was courteous, listened carefully to our concerns, and addressed them with priority.
