I could not get ahold of anyone who could tell me where the part was. I called the week before xmas and it was after the news year that I got the part. When I walked in they gave me a direct parts line and said that they had been very busy and crazy with the holiday madness. After talking with the staff I had a better feeling about the entire ordeal.

I used their web form to make my request and received a prompt e-mail response from Wayne Penn who is the parts manager requesting more information. To avoid a drawn out e-mail conversation, I called Mr. Penn. What a mistake that was. Mr. Penn is one of the most rude and un-helpful customer service reps that I have ever spoken with. Each time he would ask me for information about the part or equipment, he would cut me off before I could respond. Although White Oak Equipment is the only Takeuchi dealer in the area and I need the part to repair the equipment, I would rather order the part than deal with them.
