  Jennifer, Tammy, Bret, and Sergio are all very responsive to questions during and after the purchase process. Although the community is still being built, it’s already obvious that the community will be beautiful. The purchase process was smooth and I haven’t had any issues after purchase that weren’t addressed promptly.

  I was looking for a home and visited the office because it was close to my workplace. That’s where I met Jennifer and Gates. They explained everything clearly and helped move the process along quickly, making the entire move in process smooth and perfect. There were a few minor issues after moving in, but everything was fixed within a few days, which I really appreciated. Since then, I haven’t had any problems and have been living comfortably. Thanks to everyone for the great support!

  Amazing service from start to finish. Brent and Tammy were incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process of looking for our new home. They responded very quickly to emails and ensured we had all our questions answered after every meeting. Once we moved into the community, Sergio (neighborhood construction manager) was instrumental in making sure we were provided with excellent service. He responds quickly to text messages and tends to our every needs, no matter how big or small they may be. He is a phenomenal communicator and very interpersonal. Thank you to the entire Stanley Martin team for their professionalism and service!

  Stanley Martin is truly the best builder ever. This is the most beautiful house we have ever lived in, and we’ve received so many compliments from our family and friends about how wonderful our home is. A special shoutout to Sergio Vargas — he has been incredibly responsive to all our questions and requests throughout the entire process.
