  I recently had my home elevator serviced by Area Access, Inc., and couldn’t be more pleased. Nate and Demetrius arrived right at the beginning of their promised window and were both extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They conducted an exhaustive inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of the entire system, explaining what they were doing along the way and answering my questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find technicians who take such pride in their work and treat a customer’s home with respect. I highly recommend Area Access to anyone needing reliable, top-quality elevator service.

  I’m am absolutely shocked by the customer service at Access. We have used them for 13 years and we have a service contract with them. On Saturday morning I was trapped in a wheelchair in my elevator. I called their emergency number as well as their regular number many many times leaving messages every time. Two hours later, a tech who was on vacation called me back. (He was on vacation, he couldn’t come). No one else called or has followed up! What kind of emergence service is that?! It’s irresponsible and dangerous. I called other companies who we have never used, who immediately called back and tried to help. The Access Chesapeake office actually even called as my daughter tried calling all Access offices to see if we could get hold of anyone. The Manassas office has still not followed up even knowing I was stuck and needed the elevator fixed.
