  Terrible service. We had our hvac installed by them a few years ago in new construction. Our hvac went out recently. They supposedly fixed it. They charged for a lot of Freon. I asked if it was a permanent fix. They said they would send someone out to talk to me within a few days. Never sent anyone. Now our hvac is out again within a week.

  Technician was able to help me over the phone. I didn't have to spend a dime. My family has been buying heat pumps from them for years .They are good people to deal with for your heating and air conditioning needs.

  Josh and the team at Tropical Heating and Air installed my complete unit a little under a year ago. There was an issue late last night-I called at 5:50 am and Josh was at my house before nine this morning! Where else can you find service like this? The issue had nothing to do with their install because it’s been running perfectly since they installed it. They fixed the issue-get this-didn’t even charge me-even though it had nothing to do with their installation. I can’t say enough about these guys!

  I own several rental houses and have used Tropical For 10 years or so. I have had 3 systems installed and 3-4 repairs done by them. Repairs have always been much cheaper than I expected and system installs were clean and proper. I have never had a bad experience and they have never tried to upsell me anything even kept a 24 year old unit running for me.
