  The experience we have enjoyed with Taylor Brothers, goes all the way back to 2004, and in every situation, whether sales, service, advice and especially their design department headed up by Karen Bowman, has always exceeded expectations! She has been a valuable resource, especially during our 14 years of providing custom built log homes to our customers in Central VA and North Carolina. We always recommended Karen to our customers and with her education in design, and just plain great common sence, we knew that once she was involved in the process, it would also be a good reflection on us as well! We recently did a complete finish of our personal log home basement and Karen was involved from start to finish, with the results being just FANTASTIC! Our general contractor was also very impressed. Anyone wanting quality results with their project would be wise to include Karen and Taylor Brothers in the mix. Mike & Linda Okuley Bedford

  My experience with the culture of this place is that a majority of the employees here carry an unwelcoming mindset with an "I don't care" attitude toward customers. Ordering anything is a laborious process with a complacent approach from sales. Trying to reach anyone on the phone is consistently very difficult and non of my calls are returned after I leave messages. No matter who I walk by in the hallway or no matter what office I encounter I am never greeted and always feel like I am being a burden. This place could be so much better if it had a customer friendly mindset.
