  This company overall is a well taken care of business. When you call they answer and very good services from the office people if your needing help there the people to call.

  They came out the same day I called and pumped my system, pricing was fair and the tech was amazing very responsive and respectful. Will be using them again in the future and will be referring them to the people I know

  I called for a plumbing leak. The septic guy came out, pulled out my refrigerator and said the leak was to my ice maker. He said they didn’t have any supplies on their truck as he was the septic side and their plumber didn’t come in to work. He then said that he temporarily fixed the leak but would have them email me a quote to permanently fix the issue and that heit wasn’t leaking now because they crimped the connection. I was charged and paid 214.00 dollars. After they leaft water was leaking more than it was. I didn’t receive an email the next day. I called them after I got home from work and they told me they would send me a message. Never heard from them since. So I paid $214.00 for them to pull out fridge and do nothing.

  Connor from Lakeside Septic came to pump our tank and he was great! Friendly, quick service, knowledgeable and he gave us very good suggestions for future care of our system. Definitely recommend for all your septic needs!
