  Bethel Builders built a semi-custom home which exceeded my expectations. Their moto is "built solid as a rock" and after taking delivery I can definitely see the details that will make my new home last for generations. Their sales staff diligently worked with my wife and I to ensure that we were happy with every detail of our new home. Their program manager made sure every detail came to reality. I highly recommend Bethel Builders to build your home.

  After seeing so many others reviews I decided to leave my own. Our house was built in 2019. We didn’t have any issues with communication or having our concerns ignored. The land was graded beautifully and overall the structure has been very solid. Only now are we seeing some signs of settling. My only concern was the interior paint job. The paint was sprayed on and in some places applied messily against the wood trim. Overall though, a beautiful house built within our budget.

  Had my house built in 2020-2021. It was a horrible experience the whole time. I'm not the kind of person to give reviews but this is ridiculous. I had a walkout basement built which is great but they did not compact the dirt around the walls so now it is settling. A LOT. We got a lot of rain and now the ground around my house is sunk down at least 6 inches in spots. It's so bad my directv satellite isn't working because it has moved. Now I have to pay them to straighten it up AFTER I pay someone to fix the sinkhole around my basement 🙃. I also had to repaint the entire house because they use flat paint. The paint was so bad that you could literally rub it off. Furniture against the walls would leave marks. I had red marks where Christmas presents rubbed the walls. The drywall is terrible. There are so many blemishes where it was finished to even speak of. Guess that's why they use flat paint. Window in the basement is leaking and have been waiting 3 weeks for the warranty department to call me. I'm satisfied with the structure of the house but the rest is just ridiculous. I shouldn't be paying anyone to paint a new house, or to re-grade around the house so my basement doesn't flood.

  They have been very patient while I have waited to build my house and they have been willing to adapt their plans to my ideas.
