Their moto is "built solid as a rock" and after taking delivery I can definitely see the details that will make my new home last for generations. Their sales staff diligently worked with my wife and I to ensure that we were happy with every detail of our new home. Their program manager made sure every detail came to reality. I highly recommend Bethel Builders to build your home.
- FGFitness GuruOct 6, 20254.0After seeing so many others reviews I decided to leave my own. Our house was built in 2019. We didn’t have any issues with communication or having our concerns ignored. The land was graded beautifully and overall the structure has been very solid. Only now are we seeing some signs of settling. My only concern was the interior paint job. The paint was sprayed on and in some places applied messily against the wood trim. Overall though, a beautiful house built within our budget.

Bethel Builders said we needed to look at a house more in budget, even though the bank quote had nothing to due with our budget, they couldn’t face the truth of overcharging us. Good if you want a basic cookie cutter house I guess. If you want custom built they try to screw you. We went with a different builder.

Terrible drywall work, they refused to fix everything that was supposed to be fixed for the one year warranty, and terrible communication with the office staff. One of my biggest complaints is that our yard was not grated properly and it holds water like crazy. Good thing we did not get a basement or it would be flooded all of the time. They refused to do anything about it. I recommended them to family before I realized their quality of work and I strongly regret it. They have had nothing but a terrible experience as well. Please consider your decision and other reviews before choosing this company. Also just discovered this huge crack in my foundation that they tried covering up with caulk.

They were willing to work with any upgrades we wanted and we got the cabinets and cathedral ceiling we desired! Other than the minor things you expect to come with a new home (a few dings here and there that they will so kindly come back to fix!) our new home is everything that I dreamed it would be. If we ever build in the future, I see us calling Bethel first!!
