Professional, efficient, friendly, and listened to my descriptions of how I had used my HVAC and how it performed. Didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need; just did the work carefully, cleaned up, and quickly handled payment, emailing an invoice with pics and dsscriptions.
Our water heater stopped working this morning. We called this outfit on the recommendation of a friend, and they got someone out to our home later that morning. Kevin was friendly and competent and got the problem fixed. We will use them again.
I am a residential property manager and throughout the years my clients need services for either HVAC replacement or repair. I can't say enough about this company. They will go above and beyond to immediately respond to the requests and their service is outstanding. Professional and reliable team. I highly recommend the company for your HVAC needs.

Over the past 15 years, I have been a loyal customer of HVAC Unlimited. However, yesterday’s experience was somewhat disappointing.
I contacted them early Wednesday morning to report that my sump pump was humming, had power, but was unable to pump water from the well. I spoke with Andrea, who was very helpful in scheduling an appointment between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
At approximately 1:15 PM, the plumber, Kevin, arrived at my house. I escorted him to the basement, where I explained the issue. He performed several checks and determined that after lifting the pump and reinstalling it, it was operational. However, he strongly recommended that the well drain be cleaned. He charged me an hourly rate of $395 for the cleaning and an additional $86 for the service call.
Furthermore, I had a coupon for drain cleaning worth $65. I argued that it should apply, but their brash plumbing manager informed me that it was not a drain he was cleaning, but a pit, and it would not be applicable. It is surprising that after all these years, there would be such a lack of consideration for a long-time customer.
Kevin also offered to take 10% off the bill, but he only applied the discount to the service call. I contacted Andrea, who confirmed that Kevin was mistaken. She agreed to destroy the check I had written and replace it with a new one, which would save me approximately $45.
In summary, I believe I will be seeking a new HVAC company. I would like to acknowledge Andrea for her exceptional customer support. She is truly remarkable!

We have had great experiences with this company. They have installed multiple new units for us, performed routine maintenance, and made repairs. Anyone who has come out has been respectful to us and our home, knowledgable about the service required, and competitive with price. Dylan has been professional and honest when we needed help deciding to repair or replace, Hoi and crew were fantastic on installation, and Joe was efficient and helpful during a recent repair (leak). In addition, the scheduling folks were easy to reach and pleasant to work with. Overall, we are very happy with everyone at HVAC Unlimited!
