- SBS BJul 26, 20251.0No show for scheduled appointment. We scheduled an appt through Nice which was transferred to Michael Bonsby, which was transferred to a third company IAQ Medics. They couldn't give me a window for when the tech would arrive so I had to stay home from work the entire day waiting, and no one ever showed up. I called twice during the day to try to get an update and was told both times they'd have to talk to dispatch and someone would call me back. No one ever called or came over. I wasted a whole day home from work and we didn't get the service we scheduled.

They overcharged and when promised a refund, the manager claimed it was a mistake in their system and said if I didn't like the price then find someone on craigslist next time. He refused to issue the refund and was very unprofessional about the whole thing. Very shady company!
