  The folks that installed the floors through out my whole house were great! It looked great. One of our stairs however has come off after a couple of years. I had to call for over a month to get a call back. I am still waiting. I called this morning and spoke to the rudest customer service person that I have ever encountered. The other customer service people I spoke to were always so professional. This woman that I spoke to this morning should not interface with the public. She has no people skills and oh my God was she RUDE! I really don't know what her problem is. She barely said hello when I called and was even rude when she said can i help you? I should have hung up right then and there. I could already tell what kind of experience I was going to have to she was worse than I expected. My young daughter was listening on speaker phone and said what was that? Why was she so angry. Metro, you have to know who this post is about, she is the only rude person that I have encountered and i am SURE I am not the first to complain. She is ruining your reputation. I know you can find better customer service than this person.

  Second attempt at leaving this review. Let's see if it shows up. I called and scheduled an appointment same day. I specifically told the person taking down my appointment that this was solely to obtain a quote. I've called multiple times today to follow up, it turns out to obtain a quote you have to wait at least 2-3 weeks. However, they're able to write up a contract and price same day. So the only way you can obtain a physical quote is by paying a deposit and agreeing to the contract same day. Mind boggling. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.
