  Albert arrived on time, was neat and clean (covered his shoes). He inspected and cleaned everything inside and out, and even gave advice about sealing up a hole that mice could use to get inside the house. Thank you for continued great service!

  UPDATE: The owner contacted me right away and refunded the service visit fee. He also wanted to genuinely understand what occurred and wanted to make it right so I have changed the rating. Its clear they care and it may have just been a mistake on the part of the technician. First, I appreciated the responsiveness (came by within a day of my call) but the tech said my heat pump had no refrigerant thus was not repairable. He also stated that parts were no longer available so 10K to replace. I got a second opinion and was told it was a circuit board and there was no refrigerant leak. $600 fixed the issue (and parts were available).
