  I had a great experience with Priority Plumbing and would highly recommend them. From the beginning, scheduling was easy and efficient. I really appreciated being able to speak with a real person, Cree. She was helpful, attentive, and took the time to gather all the details about my plumbing issue. She promptly scheduled one of their plumbers, Darrin, to come out and assess the situation. This was not a simple job. Darrin had to correct issues left behind by previous poor workmanship. He took the time to clearly explain what went wrong, what should have been done, and how he planned to fix it. His knowledge and transparency stood out immediately. His confidence is genuine. One of the most impressive parts was how he handled my tub spout issue. Instead of cutting into drywall like several other companies had suggested, Darrin was able to come up with an effective solution on the spot. He essentially “MacGyvered” the situation, and the end result looks great and functions exactly as it should. VERY IMPRESSIVE. I later had a few follow-up questions. Cree once again made scheduling a return visit quick and easy. During that visit, Darrin thoroughly reassured me that everything was working properly. He went a step further by explaining different scenarios of what to watch for and when to be concerned. He also checked and adjusted my pressure valve to ensure the PSI was within the proper range, and took the time to explain potential internal plumbing issues that might not be visible day-to-day. That level of detail and education was extremely valuable. Darrin made it clear that if I ever have additional questions, he’s happy to help, which says a lot about the company’s commitment to customer service. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that is professional, knowledgeable, and takes real pride in their work, I highly recommend Priority Plumbing!!!!

  Our hot water heater died on us over the weekend. We're new to the area and Priority 1 was recommended to us by a neighbor. They came out and explained that we needed a replacement water heater (ours was 12 years old). Darrin was extremely helpful with explaining everything and gave us a reasonable price. He was able to do the work in only a few hours. We're extremely satisfied with the customer service and Darrin's work. Highly recommend.

  I recently moved after a house fire and ended up in a home with SERIOUS water issues—hard brown, smelly well water that made even washing my hands feel unsafe. I went through multiple plumbers and well water companies, and NO ONE could fix it. After over a month without clean water, I felt completely hopeless. Then Darrin came in—and solved what no one else could. He was professional from the start, did a thorough inspection, and confidently designed a system to fix the problem—even after others failed. He even handled a snake under the house without hesitation, which tells you everything about his experience. A few days later, he and his assistant Ethan installed the system. They were respectful, clean, and incredibly professional. Darrin answered all my questions and made me feel at ease during a very stressful time. Now my water is PRISTINE. Crystal Clear. 🤌🏼✨ Darrin provided Top-tier service and results. I 100% recommend and will be telling everyone I know how awesome my water looks, tastes, and how it feels on my skin. My hair and skin feel so soft after showering. AMAZING…!!!!

  Great experience with priority one. Booking online was easy and quickly got a call saying they could come address the issue even faster then expected. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable, getting our issues resolved quickly explaining all the potential options very clearly. Will definitely use again.

  Last week, I contacted Priority 1 Plumbing to fix a few plumbing issues at my house. It was the first time I used Priority 1 Plumbing, and they sent Darrin Orloff as the plumber. Darrin did an outstanding job! He showed up on time, was very polite and professional, and completed the job very well and quickly. He replaced a water shutoff to my sprinkler system that was leaking, replaced the shutoff to my house which was pretty old, replaced a whole house water filter, and replaced the expansion tank on my water heater. He provided options and suggestions without being pushy. I'm very happy with Priority 1 Plumbing, and particularly with Darrin, and highly recommend them.
