From getting the estimate, dealing directly with the owner (Mark), quality of the door, installation and the cleanliness of the crew — we were extremely happy with the entire experience.   Mark, Hadley, and the entire team at Home Exteriors Energy Consultants has provided excellent service and value on multiple jobs they've completed for me. They've replaced my siding and multiple entrance doors, all of which were finished on schedule and with no hidden costs or add-ons that I've gotten from other contractors in the past. They have always beaten the price of all competitor quotes I received AND provided an upgraded/better product with the lower price. Their installation teams have always been detailed and thorough while still completing the job within the timeframe they originally provided. This even included the time they needed to make unknown structural repairs caused by a previous decking contractor. When my siding had minor damage after a recent storm, their team responded quickly to repair it. Without any reservations, I've recommended Mark and his team to friends and neighbors.

  AMAZING - in every regard. This is a company that has been around a very long time and stands behind their products and work. Honesty and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE start to finish - They consistently go above and beyond expectations. I had my front entry door replaced April 2011. The installation and service was exceptional - we receive numerous positive comments on our Provia Entry door. Since then we requested warranty work - which as always completed to an exceptional standard without stress and confusion. The owner, Mark Horner, is an honest and hard working individual who earned my confidence and loyalty. His is now joined by his son, Hadley, who clearly has learned from the best. Hadley, is understanding, patient, professional, respectful and responsive. There is a saying - no one care how much you know - until they know how much you care. Mark, Hadley and HOME EXTERIORS -- CARES!! YOU WILL NEVER GO WRONG USING THEM. Based on my experience they are solid business built on honesty, quality service and professionalism - and will be around a very long time. You can count on them - I DO!!

  This company did a great job of installing our new front door but the weather stripping on the bottom tore off after a few months and I asked them to replace it. A month later it tore off again and the guy that came to replace it (without bringing a replacement weather strip) said the threshold was installed too tightly and rubbed against the bottom of the door. I asked them to fix it and they said they would. Here it is four months later and nothing. They very easily forget about you. Would not recommend them because of service.
