  What a great company to work with! We had damage on some floors- Elio and Bob were quick and efficient in coming out, quoting, and coordinating our install! Absolutely fantastic on follow-up and making sure we were 100% satisfied with the work done. We will always call upon floor advisor for any of our business flooring needs!

  I had an overall positive experience working with Floor Advisor during the selection and installation process. The team was responsive, professional, and helpful in guiding me through my flooring options, and the installation itself was completed in a timely manner. After moving furniture back into place, however, I’ve had some concerns regarding the quality of the actual flooring. A few planks have already chipped from normal furniture movement, there are small gaps between some of the boards, and many planks appear to have noticeable color inconsistencies. When these concerns were raised, I was advised by the staff that the color variation was due to lighting in my home; however, the differences remain noticeable under various lighting conditions and have also been observed by other flooring professionals and design consultants. I’m hopeful these concerns can be addressed during the warranty period as I do believe Floor Advisor aims to provide good service. With improved quality control or resolution of these issues, this could have been a 5-star experience.

  I just had Ned from Floor Advisors install LPV in my kitchen. He did a fantastic job. It was a please dealing with everyone as they made the whole so easy. I will definitely use them again

  We recently had new floors installed as part of our renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We have used floor advisor multiple times in the past, and there’s a reason we keep on returning. The team was punctual, professional, and extremely detail-oriented. They worked efficiently, kept the space clean, and treated our home with real care throughout the project. The craftsmanship is great; the seams, transitions, and finishing touches all look perfect. Our floors have completely transformed the space, and the quality of the installation really shows. We’re so pleased with the result and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality flooring work.

  We decided to new carpeting for the second floor of our house. After getting estimates from a number of Carpet stores in the area, we decided to go with Floor Advisor. Both Bob and Elio were very helpful and answered all our questions. The carpet installation team was professional, polite, and efficient. The carpet looks great. If you are looking to buy new flooring, I highly recommend Floor Advisor.
