- RRRussellNov 3, 20251.0The way they left my well after failing to repair a 90 that had split. It was a hackjob and unacceptable shortcutting using spare parts and literal trash. Tech Noah had his slip joint repair fail as soon as he turned the water on, and a 20 minute visit turned into a 8.5 hour ordeal where he , and several other gentlemen who came and left throughout the day, completely trashed my well setup. It’s unbelievable that they would allow anyone to do work like this under any circumstances. The weird rope and tape contraption they left doesn’t even allow the lid of the well to go back on, and the technician left without knocking. They ended up failing several more adaptor repairs before cutting out the entire line and, without asking, replacing my pvc with landscaping sprinkler line with cheap brass landscaper fittings. Not up to code, dangerous open well, trash in the yard , random pile of dirt over the grass, damaged things for no reason, pvc glue splatter in several spots, and a rude technician who was audibly primarily concerned with going home. Appalling lack of skill, no apparent training, and a complete lack of regard for the customer on display.
