  Dramatic increase in estimated build cost vs cost given after house plans were drafted and due diligence paid. We were told that our plans were being worked on to decrease cost but nobody ever got back to us. We backed out of build and asked for a portion of paid amount refunded to us but they would not work with us. Keegan was great but she left right before the issues started.

  Our new home journey started with meeting Keegan of Vertical Builders about a year ago. Nearly a year in and we could not be happier with the experience! From the first meeting with Keegan to getting our new home keys to now enjoying all the features of our new home - Vertical Builders has been there. Keegan's friendly and flexible approach was the perfect foundation for an enjoyable new build experience. Vertical Builders left no questions unanswered as we moved through design with Sarah to construction with Nick and ongoing warranty support with Tommy. We would absolutely build with Vertical Builders again and highly recommend them.

  We bought from Vertical Homes and our sales manager was Keegan Muth. This was by far one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in purchasing a home. Keegan was amazing and always stayed in contact with us. She knew who to call when we had internet issues, she kept us up on what was happening at our home, and she would come out to the house to let us in to measure spaces. Our home was built very well and all of the people at Vertical have given us their numbers in case of questions. I highly recommend Vertical Builders to anyone ready to buy a new home, and kudos to Keegan for being a great sales manager!

  Keegan is wonderful to work with. Her smile lights up the room. Her passion for her work is uplifting. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want. She listens to you and then comes up with a way to get you want you want, while making suggestions when necessary to assist you with your decisions. Her goal is for you to be happy and proud of your new home! Keegan is a very special lady! I trust her completely to have my best interest at heart.
