I was having it ordered to my home, come 06/18 I haven’t received it I call and leave voicemails for days with no responds back. I ended up having to cancel the order with my card provider for my money back this entire since the kitchen sink hose had blown I was washing dishes and getting kitchen water from my bathroom
- SMShawn McCartneyApr 18, 20245.0I went into this location on 4/17/2024 and had the best customer service experience of my life. I feel bad for not remembering the names of the guys who helped me. I came in after taking the day off to fix a break in my pipe between my well and my pump in the basement. I had odd sized existing pipes and to prevent having to get a 100ft spool of new pipe, the staff helped we put together all the parts to bridge the gap. They even put together some of the parts for me as I only had a half inch pex crimper at home. I worked in the trades for 20 years and have been to almost every parts counter and supply house in Richmond at one point or another. Fergusons has always been the solution for all my oddball plumbing issues I've come across, but the guys really knocked it out of the park yesterday. I was stressed out trying get this thing done and get water back into my house that same day as I hadn't been able to shower yet and had taken the day off to fix it. Thanks to all the crew there! Y'all are the best!
