Our insurance company asked us which company we'd like to replace the hardwood, and since Costen Floors had initially installed the hardwood some 30 years ago, we chose Costen again. They worked with our insurance company. We were away while the new floors were laid, and came home to absolutely gorgeous new flooring. We are very happy with the results! Andy Bean was our sales representative, and he guided us (even long distance) through the process. Our son was home during the installation, and had to relocate to a hotel for a while. I am including 2 photos of the beautiful new floors.

Mr. Britten looked at the floor and said he could make it look a lot better with refinishing. A lot of money later we were told there was no guarantee and they could do nothing more for us. We were told the workmen would be there at 8am. We live an hour away but were there before 8. They showed up just before 10. We called to ask when to expect them and were told they were dispatched. The workers live 2 hours away. I had to cancel plans last minute. We asked that the workers call us to give us an ETA but never received a call. This is rental property. We had to wait for weeks to have this done and now it is still not rentable. We could not be more unhappy with our entire experience. The workmen were delightful and did what they were supposed to but we are no better off than we were before we spent nearly $3,000.

Through our contractor we were referred to Matt Turner to assist with replacing the floor. Matt was professional, had many years of experience, was respectful, courteous and very helpful. His thorough knowledge and insight led us to decide on Mohawk RevWood Plus wood-look laminate. The installers did a great job and were very professional. Their attention to keeping everything clean and tidy was much appreciated. Our flooring is beautiful, and we highly recommend Costen Floors!
