- LSLee Sherbeyn5 days ago1.0Unfortunately we NEVER got a chance to see what they could do. We scheduled MANY MONTHS IN ADVACE due to the 6'X60' sidewalk was an entrance to our business. We shut the business down for the day. Today was the day. It is a beautiful day and they were to be here at 8am. At 9 am they had not showed so my wife called them and was told it had to be rescheduled because there had been a few days with rain and they were backed up. When she asked why they didn't call to let us know, Brian said she should have know they can do it with wet sidewalks. ??? Our sidewalk was not wet and we hadn't had rain the day before. She asked when it could be done and Brian, told her he would try and make it out today the first of May, or at least by tomorrow. He was going to call her when someone was on their way out. At 11 Am she had not been called, she had been looking over the contract and noticed that she needed the EIN number for the Business Quality Painting of Virginia was not on the contract. She called Brian back to get the number and he told her that he was not going to do the work because she was too combative.He should be very thankful it wasn't me on the phone if my very understanding and gentle wife hurt his feelings that much. NO PROFESSIONALISM or COMMUNICATION at all.

They explained everything to me, answered any questions I had. Also asked me a question about a specific area to make they knew what I wanted. When it was complete I I received clear instructions as to when I could drive on the surface. From the beginning Brian sent me information to help with my decisions. I was able to take my time deciding and he was available to answer all my questions. I am so glad I did this in my garage, it looks so finished!
