  Elijah arrived right on time for our maintenance service on our heatpump. He’s helped us before and remembers us and the system. Nice. I love that PH&A actually does a real servicing on the unit- not just rinse the coils and say all is well. He was efficient and thorough in checking both inside and outside components and cleaning the outside unit. They run a great, customer-focussed business and we’ve been more than pleased with their work and support.

  Needed a quick maintenance call for my crawl space dehumidifier. PHA, as always, was super responsive and sent Andrew (a rock star among rock stars). Equipment issue diagnosed and fixed fast. These guys are the best!

  Sheldon was a life saver! PHA sent him out when our HVAC unit died on a very HOT evening. He had the parts in stock in his van, and he got the system back up and running quickly. Thank you.

  Such a great experience with my upgraded installation service. Brent and Hunter showed up on time and very prepared. They took the time to walk me thru my countless questions about HVAC systems. They were extremely courteous and very informative about their jobs. They made sure I had plenty of heaters for overnight since I installment was a 2 day process. Brent and Hunter showed me the new thermostat and its functions. The setup for the outside unit was outstanding. Everything looks and runs properly. I will certainly tell others about my great experience from the first contact tech(Matt) to the sales rep(Chris) to the installer's(Brent and Hunter). Thank you for a great experience!
