  Paul came out really quickly, had a no nonsense approach, I detailed everything that was happening, he was quickly able to find the source without making a mess! Something not a lot of plumbers can do! He was also very respectful and knowledgeable letting me know what the plan was, how he identified the issue, the fix, and preventative steps. His wife handled the invoice and was very sweet and understanding everytime we talked. She also provided me with the invoice with just a few hours of Paul leaving which is refreshing! Overall, while I hope to not need his services again I believe I’ve found someone I can call my plumber!! Can’t recommend them enough!

  Paul Brown Plumbing has done many different plumbing fixes and remodels in our home over the years. They are first class, reasonably priced and can do it all.

  The first job I used them for- they were great. After that, there wasn't a job where they made less than 2 trips because they didn't get it right the first time. On a bathtub removal they sawed the entrance way without asking my permission, then offered/gave nothing to fix the damages. The person who answers their calls has no customer service skills to speak of and can't understand basic service requests.
