  Absolutely wonderful experience. Purchased an in-stock runner and install for hardwood stairs. The customer service was top notch and the installers were professional and fast. Would highly recommend them for any flooring needs!

  I would not recommend this company to install your carpet. They start off very friendly, helpful, and attentive. But once they receive payment, their entire demeanor shifts. Sue came to my home and measured my carpet the first day I called. She promptly ordered my carpet and scheduled the contractors to install my carpet. However; her contractors broke the knobs off my furniture, ruined my baseboards, and no one wanted to take responsibility for the damages. I went to the company to make my final payment and to voice my concerns; Sue didn’t even have the decency to come downstairs to speak with me in person. Her sister had to call her on the phone. Sue’s response, “that sometimes happens, you’ll have to fix it yourself.” It was only after I stopped payment on their final check, they sent someone out to repair my baseboards. I was nervous about hiring a privately owned company because of nuisances such as this. I was asked to refrain from posting negative comments about the company because they are a family business, but potential customers need to be aware of this company’s processes. It’s unacceptable. They don’t have contracts to cover their work. Getting them to write one was like pulling teeth, but I was adamant about not starting work until one was written. This company starts off professional but lacks follow through. Once they receive their money, they could care less about your concerns and attempts to leave customers with the responsibility of repairing damages they made to your home. I can also see where the seams of my carpet meet. I was going to purchase area rugs from them after my carpet installation, but because of my experience, I will never do business with them again.

  This whole operations is simply top notch. Andrea and Sue are so friendly and knowledgeable in the shop, and the installers were super professional, respectful, and courteous. Don't waste your time getting jerked around with a Big Box, locally owned Carpet Mill all the way.
