Emergency electrical service supplied by Miller's was above and beyond the call of duty. I arrived home around 7 pm last night to find our houses lights blinking, certain circuits dead, and a strong smell in the house of burning wires/wiring insulation. I immediately threw all of the breakers in the house and called Miller's after hours number. Within five minutes I had a text from Justin Lewis saying that he was on the way. He arrived within ten minutes, listened to my description of the problem and within another ten minutes had diagnosed to problem as the failure of the extenal power supply by Dominion that had caused a massive power spike to the house. He called Dominion on our behalf and then stood by for hours waiting for power crews to fix the problem. When power was finally restored, Jason reconnected our panel, which he had disconnected for safety, and then walked through the house with me assessing what had been damaged. We very quickly determined that only a surge protector had fried. Throughtout the evening, he was calm and reassuring to my wife who was understandably worried. His professionalism and good humor are a real credit to Miller's and have won me as a long term customer. Thanks very much to Justin and those people at Miller's who put him in his job. My. wife and I are deeply grateful.

We had a problem with the septic system on New Year’s Eve we called ,and had a service person come promptly on News years day . The service person was Jacob Davis ,Jacob was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable!He explained everything and told us what needed to be done every step of the way. We were impressed with the service we got and would highly recommend this company .

James & Jerry came by today to perform HVAC winterization on my mother’s two units per her maintenance agreement. While here, they went up in the attic to verify whether a leak in the kitchen ceiling was HVAC or roof related. It ended up being roof related and they provided pictures they took to show the roofer. They also cleaned an old wasp nest out of a vent. They were very personable and took their time to answer all my mother’s questions. We also found out Jerry’s grandparents lived across the street from my mother and we got an added bonus of visiting with Jerry’s grandfather. When Miller’s talks about customer service, they mean it. When James & Jerry called to say they were on their way, they asked if they could stop and get us coffee or breakfast and bring to us. I thought they were joking and said no. But when they arrived, I asked them if anyone ever took them up on their offer and they said yes, all the time. That that was part of their service. I just may take them up on the offer next time 😂😂

Called Miller's Services due to my septic system not working properly. They came out promptly to inspect the system and identified the distribution box as the problem. Their employees did an outstanding job on replacing the distribution box, header piping and hydro jetting the drain field piping due to roots. They worked hard all day on the job. Thanks to Zach, Mike, Billy, Gabe, Brandon K, Josh, Brandon B and Austin for doing what you do. Also thanks to the office staff I spoke to for promptly handling things on your end. I enjoy seeing a company do a great job with great employees. Thank you Miller's Services i will definitely call you in the future if needed.

I would like to let Miller’s management to be aware of the caliber of staff they have working for them. Jacob yet again performed to the highest caliber of expertise and integrity. His grasp of your industry is of the highest degree and clearly could be given several steps up in management immediately. He was very personable and understanding, even with our history with the company at this stage unresolved. It is because of Jacob that I resigned another 2 year service plan, not in good faith but because of him alone and his high character and judgment. His assist Brandon Jr was also a delight l, he was very polite and clearly a hard worker. Clearly he too will become a highly skilled worker under Jacob’s tutelage and will obviously bring great promise to your company. I truly look forward to seeing Jacob and Brandon Jr on our future service calls.
