  I recently had Justin and Carter replace my home's electrical panel and install new smoke detectors, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered every question clearly, and made sure everything was done safely and up to code. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really show—my electrical panel looks cleaner and more organized than ever, and the smoke detectors were installed perfectly and tested thoroughly. They kept the workspace tidy, stayed on schedule, and treated my home with respect. It’s not often you come across a team this reliable and dedicated. I highly recommend Justin and Carter for any electrical work. Outstanding service and true professionals!

  We have used Miller's for several years now to do the maintenance on our conventional septic system. They not only do the maintenance, but they also collect a sample required by the state yearly. Our technician has been William from the start. He is very knowledgeable, always professional, and thorough. He calls to let you know his ETA. You receive a text message that has a picture so you know if he is the person you are expecting, which says a lot these days. The ladies in the office have always been very professional, informative, and easy to work with. We recommend Miller's with 5 STARS+++++

  I am a new homeowner and the house had the old quest pipes which I wanted to get replaced to flex pipe! So, I called Miller’s Services, and Syndey was so nice from the first phone call! She understood my needs and scheduled Michael Mullins to come and give me an estimate on the replumb job! Michael was great, answered all my questions and gave me a great price for the job! It is nice to know financing is available! He had Stephen Fletcher and Collin to do the excellent work! They were very neat, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing! I was very nervous about doing this and I am so happy that I did because Stephen found nails in the old quest looked and that would have created so many problems down the road!

  I'm very happy to have worked with multiple Miller's team members for various projects in my house this year: duct cleaning; installation of HVAC UV light, hepa filter, and humidifier; upgrade of plumbing stop valves throughout the house as well as hot water heater prep for humidifier. Although there were some challenges along the way, I never questioned Miller's commitment to ensuring my satisfaction with their work. I'm impressed with their responsiveness, as well their professional and friendly team members. I definitely plan to continue engaging Miller's for their support/services, and highly recommend them. Thank you!! Update, 20 Nov - Michael came back to replace balance of plumbing stop valves in my house. He was again very efficient, friendly and professional! Thank you! Update, 17 Nov - Ryan installed hvac humidifier; service was incredible! He kept me involved at every step, patiently ensuring I understood the work being completed. The work was completed in timely fashion, looks great, and work area left super clean. Thank you! 3 Nov - Michael came to my home today to replace valve at sink and toilet (upgrade from builder materials) to address small smell/sound issues, as well as install water tap on hot water heater in preparation for installation of hvac humidifier. Michael was so friendly, as well as patient answering my questions as I continue to learn more about my home. Work was completed in timely fashion, left work areas clean, and end product looks great! Thank you!!

  On 10/28/25 my septic high water alarm activated. I noticed my septic pump breaker on the electrical panel box had tripped. Called Millers Services and they came out the same day and pumped out my septic tank and when the level got down to the old pump, the pump started smoking and was not working. I cut the power. Mike and Euin performed the pump out. Those guys were very professional and knowledgeable and determined the pump had most likely had failed and they set up for a Septic expert to come out on 10/29/25. On 10/29/25 Technician Zach Reeves arrived and confirmed the problem was indeed that the septic pump had failed. Zach was very professional and super knowledgeable and he sit down with me to come up with a plan to resolve the issues with my septic system. He gave me multiple options and together we came to an agreement that would resolve the issues without breaking the bank. On 10/30/25 the repair team of Tristan and Brandon from Millers Services showed up early and proceeded to replace the failed septic pump. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work was very professionally done. Great job!! to the entire team from the first phone call to Taylor at the office that coordinated the entire process with all the team members until the job was completed. The entire team worked professionally together to take care of me, and resolved my issues in a timely manner. I am no longer just a customer I am part of the Millers Services family for life!!
