  We engaged Lockwood for LVT in our kitchen/bath/ laundry areas. Pros- they did have a nice selection of flooring on-site and were really accommodating to allow for taking samples home during the selection/ buying process. Cons - would not recommend partnering with this team for installation. It seemed like it was subcontracted out, and the attention to detail was poor. The team had to come back out to fix some things after we called them to raise awareness of the issues (there was no supervisor on site to ensure work was done correctly in the first place). And even after coming out a second time, there were still a handful of things that weren’t finished well (pics). I didn’t contact them a 3rd time bc it didn’t feel like we would get anywhere. Overall our experience with the install was pretty stressful.
