  Structurally poorly built townhomes, thermostat was set to gas although the heating is electric and we went two weeks with no heat becausewe had to file a claim, no street lights, no designated parking spaces, no visitor parking, neighbors guests park in front of your house, neighbors walking their dogs throw trash in front of your house, same house numbers on multiple streets causing major issues with mail, and the HOA has fumbled the ball with snow and ice removal- it's day 3 after the winter storm and still no clean up on our streets or sidewalks! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING HERE.
