  Jim Henderson, the sales manager at USA Handyman & Contractor, came to my home on February 10th to provide a quote for services. Before entering, I kindly asked him to wear a KN95 respirator. Instead of responding professionally, he demanded to know why this was necessary. I explained that I have a family member with cancer, and wearing a mask would be required to enter my home. Jim refused and continued to behave in a rude and unprofessional manner. Due to his conduct, I informed him that I would not be moving forward with their services. I expect basic courtesy and respect from professionals entering my home, and this experience fell far short. I would not recommend their services.

  Hate to have to leave negative feedback as the person who came out was an absolute gem. However, they pulled an absolutely scummy move whether by intention or accident only they will know the truth. They sent me an aggregious quote that was 2x higher than home depot and 4x higher than another contractor and when I called them out on it, magically they had sent me the wrong price even though they built the entire quote out with details. This is a common tactic with shady sales organizations, trying to pass off a sucker quote as a mistake. As such I can not recommend them to anyone and would suggest getting other estimates before agreeing to any work they do. It could have been a simple mistake but I guarantee if I had signed the estimate they would never have corrected it.

  Muki and Jasmin did an amazing job with our cabinet installation. They were extremely professional, talented, and helped us solve several issues that came up throughout the process as a result of some problems with the cabinets we had ordered. Highly recommend!!
