- RCRich Thomas CopelandNov 14, 20222.0We are a bit disappointed. We received a smaller lift than we ordered, but were charged the same price. Also, we scheduled a 10am delivery ON PURPOSE, so that someone would be onsite to receive it. We were called at 7am and told the delivery would be in 30 minutes. This is the exact time of day when a huge line of cars surrounds the building, including our parking lot, while parents are dropping off kids at the school next door. We intentionally did not schedule a delivery at this time for just that reason. Why allow a customer to choose a delivery time if you're not able to honor it?
