Their excuse is always out of office or helping another customer. Don’t fall for their lender that they have as well, they don’t work for you as a customer they work for their boss .All they care about is to get ride of the units and make their numbers looks good. My experience was not as I expected!
- NWNaomi W.Sep 18, 20231.0My daughter and went to the model at The Retreat this pass Saturday, first went to the door there was a sign out front with hours then it said scan for a time, we were out there for about 2 minutes as we walking way due to the time did not work for us, a lady opened the door she was in a brace, and the look on her face was not happy to see us, she proceeds to tell us she was on her phone trying to help a friend who was locked out of her car she was very rude and immediately asked us if we were looking to buy and which one of us were looking to buy she asked us twice, no hi name is or hi what is your name, we told her either of us we were and she cut me off and said oh you're here for ideas, at this point my daughter was about to turn around because she did not feel comfortable, then the lady proceeds to say well come on you can look. My daughter was looking to buy and we didn't tell her that because her attitude is not who we would want to work with, and she has found another town home community in Short pump brand new and we took our business else where. Shame on who ever her name was. I hope the right corporate people see this review.
