- RFRoy FairclothMay 31, 20191.0Please look at my other reviews to see I don't give 1 star lightly. Took my $700 saw for repair. First they blamed the problem on gas as all mechanics do now. didn't check the saw over, they added their gas and charge me an hour of labor. Didn't check the saw out. took it back. They changed the carb. blamed me repeatedly for adding more "bad gas" when i got it back even thought the saw still wouldn't run and I had the $19 can of gas still in my truck. Was told the saw was fixed but ran "cold", which in white oak terms meant "wouldn't idle". Took it back, no mechanics working on friday afternoon. Told I should bring it back tuesday?? I took it home and adjusted the carb they installed, now it's running right. Thanks for nothing, but $350 repairs, a job half done and several wasted trips. Find someplace else to have your repairs done. poor customer service. Great place if you want to be treated badly and waste a bunch of your time.
