  I had heard renovations can be stressful but that has not been my experience with Leo Lantz!! Every step and every crew throughout the process has been top notch! They replaced bricks in our 50+ year old house and you would never know a vent used to be there!! They are masters at their craft and we couldn’t be happier! I have a renewed love for my home and could not sing praises any louder for Leo Lantz, the man and the company!!

  Leo, Brandon and crew did a wonderful job on master and hallway bath remodels. The entire Lantz crew and subcontractors were always professional and courteous and the quality of work excellent. Their team communicates well, is very responsive to any questions/issues and the results are just perfect. Highly recommended!!!

  I’m not from Virginia but while visiting family members in Henrico, I witnessed exceptional service performed by Leo Lantz, owner of Leo Lantz Construction, Inc. On short notice and with such a positive response, he came to the house and repaired a leaking toilet as well as installed safety grab bars in the shower and by the toilet. His work is highly professional, done with a pleasant attitude and work ethic. He had to place additional wall support behind the drywall for the grab bars and when the drywall was sealed and repainted, you can’t even tell where the seam is. Quite impressive service and craftsmanship.

  We had a great experience working with Leo and his team! We love how our kitchen and bathroom remodel came together! The olive green cabinets turned out exactly how we wanted, and everything in the bathroom turned out great. Brandon, who came on as PM, was a real pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the team. When issues arose during the project, Leo and Brandon were extremely helpful and willing to work with us to come up with a solution and get the job done right and in budget. Everything was high quality product and craftsmanship, and we have been super happy the last several months in the finished house. They also replaced the cabinets in the laundry room and provided a counter top above the washer/dryer that turned out awesome!

  Everyone involved in our remodel was professional and respectful. From the initial discussion as to our vision both functionally and aesthetically, everything was handled competently. Our project manager provided clear timelines for each segment of the remodel and updates to any changes in scheduling. The project was completed early and beautifully. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Leo Lantz Construction.
