- RLRita LepinskieDec 13, 20255.0I’m not from Virginia but while visiting family members in Henrico, I witnessed exceptional service performed by Leo Lantz, owner of Leo Lantz Construction, Inc. On short notice and with such a positive response, he came to the house and repaired a leaking toilet as well as installed safety grab bars in the shower and by the toilet. His work is highly professional, done with a pleasant attitude and work ethic. He had to place additional wall support behind the drywall for the grab bars and when the drywall was sealed and repainted, you can’t even tell where the seam is. Quite impressive service and craftsmanship.

The olive green cabinets turned out exactly how we wanted, and everything in the bathroom turned out great. Brandon, who came on as PM, was a real pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the team. When issues arose during the project, Leo and Brandon were extremely helpful and willing to work with us to come up with a solution and get the job done right and in budget. Everything was high quality product and craftsmanship, and we have been super happy the last several months in the finished house. They also replaced the cabinets in the laundry room and provided a counter top above the washer/dryer that turned out awesome!

- JRJS RJul 26, 20255.0A little over a year ago, Leo, his team, and all of the associates, did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen in our 100 year old Northside home. See our previous review for more details about our project. Recently, we had a concern about the finish on a couple of the cabinet doors. After contacting Leo, Brad Seay, one of Leo’s team members, came to our home, took pictures and contacted the manufacturer, Wellborn. Wellborn, and Leo Lantz Construction, stood by their products and provided new replacement doors. Brad returned to our home to install the new doors. Throughout the entire process, Brad did an outstanding job communicating with us, following up on our concerns and installing the new cabinet doors. Thank you, Brad! We continue to thoroughly enjoy our kitchen, thanks to the Leo Lantz team and their thoughtful craftsmanship.
