When questioned he told me to focus on one project at a time, then scheduled the gutters before any of the fascia board was wrapped in metal and the crew removed my gutters with no clear schedule for the metal wrap or soffit install. It seemed all that the project manager cared about was a rating, not my home. That being said the install of a new roof decking went smooth and the workers were very polite and professional.

The original roof was installed in about 45 years ago and never been replaced. When Margret inspected the the attic she found horrific damage to the roof deck and some of the truss lines but mainly the plywood was severely damaged from moisture She explained this very well and described the remedy to rectify my roof and that convinced me that home genius exteriors was the best company to replace my roof The crew was very diligent and highly focused and waisted no time in working on the project and installing my new roof. When the materials arrived they organized everything in a manner that was very clean and impressive. The crew was highly focused and had the skills that I learned to trust.
