  The installation was great and fast, but the project manager rescheduled 5 times to inspect the roof which I believe was very unprofessional, the guys who installed the roof ripped our screen and didn’t get all the materials up but Darrel is making It better by replacing a screen and getting the guys to come and pick up the nails

  I hired Home Genius Exteriors (HGE) to replace siding on a section of my home and an addition. The initial sales presentation was more high-pressure than I prefer, and the original price quoted was higher than I expected. The process included stepping away to “check with a manager,” followed by revised offers. While some customers may be comfortable with that style, it was not my preference. The installation crew was polite, respectful, and professional. The siding itself appears to have been installed well, and the crew leader, Angel, was courteous during the walkthrough. Especially since they performed the work during the coldest period in the area. However, during the walkthrough I discovered that a portion of the work we had discussed was not completed. Angel showed me his work order, which did not include that portion. When I contacted the office, I was told the work was not included in the contract and could be completed for an additional charge. At that point I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After some back and forth, I was connected with Darryl Broxton, who stepped in and helped resolve the situation. The additional work was ultimately completed. Darryl’s involvement made the difference in bringing this project to a conclusion. While the final product is acceptable and the installation crew did solid work, the sales process and contract clarity created unnecessary frustration. My advice to future customers would be to review the written scope carefully and ensure every discussed item is clearly and directly included before signing.

  I recently had 2 windows in my home that weren’t working and after some trial and error figured it was best to try to get them either repaired or replaced. One of the Home Genius staff (Leonard) just so happened to be a friend of the family, so I reached out to see what our options were. He was able to fix both windows, preventing a potentially costly replacement! Will absolutely be using them in the future if needed. 6 stars

  This is an incredible company! The sales team, Garrett and Sam, were fantastic they provided detailed 3D renderings and tangible presentations that made choosing our options easy and transparent. They offered competitive pricing and took the time to explain the value of every detail. They were even wonderful with our son, making him feel included in the process! Our project manager, Darryl, was professional, informative, and went above and beyond to assist us, even with matters outside the project scope. The crew was respectful, efficient, and left the site spotless. We truly appreciated the great personalities and hard work of everyone involved.

  The installation process was for the most part smooth. The crew showed up earlier than scheduled and worked straight through the evening so we wouldn’t have to add another day to the install. There was a small miscommunication regarding how long the job would take, but it was quickly rectified. The project manager was mostly in communication via phone, but it would have been better to have them on site to communicate expectations throughly. However, the follow up from the project manager at the completion since then has been wonderful. In general, all staff from the company was very personable and knowledgeable. I’d recommend the company to my peers and would utilize them again.
